China-Israel Cooperation

Since the establishment of diplomatic ties between China and Israel, the mutual political trust is gradually increased, cultural communications are increasingly close, and ecomonic & technological cooperations are well developed. During the period that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu visited China in May 2013, the G2G (Government to Government) mechanism was established, aiming at taking advantages of both side and planning to start cooperation in multiple areas, thus improving the practical China-Israel cooperation on high technology area.

The second meeting of the Joint Committee on innovation and cooperation in government was held in Jerusalem. The two prime ministers jointly chaired the meeting
